Terms of Sale & License

Agreement

These terms apply when you buy or use Motion Launch (“the kit”) from us (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the kit you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the kit. Questions: motionlaunchapp@gmail.com.

What you get

The kit is a digital product. It includes:

• The director skill and built-in reviewer for supported AI agents
• Style references and written looks
• A sound engine that synthesizes effects and music beds in code
• Recipes, prompts and a PDF guide
• A setup prompt that installs the kit and the open-source tools it needs
• Free updates, as described below

Price and payment

The kit costs $9 USD, paid once. There's no subscription and no recurring charge. The final price, including any sales tax or VAT, is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record.

Delivery

Right after purchase you'll receive an email with your download and setup instructions. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then email motionlaunchapp@gmail.com.

Your license

When you buy the kit, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. One purchase covers one person.

You may

• Install the kit on any computers you personally use
• Make unlimited videos for yourself, your business or your clients
• Use, publish and sell the videos you make, including for commercial work
• Edit and adapt the kit's files for your own use

You may not

• Resell, share, give away or publish the kit or any part of it, including the skill files, styles, prompts, guide and sound engine
• Include the kit's files in another product, template, course or kit, whether free or paid
• Share your download link or purchase email with other people

The videos you make

You own the videos you create with the kit. You're responsible for their content and for having the rights to anything you add, such as logos, footage, music, voices and other people's likeness or trademarks.

Third-party software and services

The kit works with software and services we don't own or control, including HyperFrames (open source under the Apache-2.0 license, by HeyGen), Node.js, ffmpeg, your AI agent and optional services such as ElevenLabs. Your use of them is governed by their own licenses and terms. You're responsible for any subscriptions, usage limits or costs they involve. Motion Launch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, HeyGen, Cursor, OpenAI, Google or ElevenLabs.

Updates

We plan to ship regular updates with new styles, transitions, sounds and prompts. Updates are free for as long as we sell and maintain the kit, and we'll email them to your purchase address. We may change, improve or remove parts of the kit over time. Files you've already downloaded stay yours to use under this license.

Refunds

The kit is a digital product that's delivered instantly, so all sales are final, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.

Support

Installation help is available by email. Write to motionlaunchapp@gmail.com from your purchase address with the error message and a short screen recording, and we'll help you get the kit running.

No guarantees

AI agents produce different results each time, and output depends on your idea, your agent, your plan and your computer. The kit is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee any specific result, video quality, views, sales or earnings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Ending the license

If you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the kit, your license ends and you must delete your copies. We may refuse future sales and updates.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to new purchases. See also our Privacy Policy.
