Who we are

Motion Launch (“we”, “us”) sells a downloadable motion design kit for AI coding agents: an agent skill, style references, a sound engine, prompts and a guide that you install and run on your own computer. This policy explains what data we handle when you visit this website, buy the kit and use it.

The kit runs on your computer

The kit is a set of files that lives on your machine. It contains no analytics, no tracking and no telemetry, and it never sends us your ideas, prompts, scripts, footage, images, voice recordings or rendered videos. Everything you make is created and rendered locally.

Tools the kit works with

The kit relies on software and services that you run or connect yourself. Each one handles data under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Your AI agent (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI or OpenCode). Prompts and files you share with your agent are processed by that provider, not by us.
• HyperFrames, HeyGen's open-source rendering engine, runs locally on your machine.
• Setup downloads. The setup prompt installs Node.js, ffmpeg, HyperFrames and the kit from their official sources (such as npm and GitHub). Those services receive standard request data like your IP address.
• ElevenLabs (optional). If you connect your own ElevenLabs account for voice-over, the script text you choose to voice is sent to ElevenLabs using your API key.

Purchases

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

From each order we receive your name, email address, country, the product you bought, the price and taxes paid. We use it to:

• Deliver the kit and your download link
• Email you product updates for the kit you bought
• Answer support requests
• Meet our tax and accounting obligations

We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to marketing lists for anything else.

This website

• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't fingerprint your device. We only see totals such as page views, referring sites, country, browser, device type and page load performance.
• Hosting. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• No ads. We don't use advertising cookies, ad networks or cross-site tracking.

Emails you send us

If you email motionlaunchapp@gmail.com, we keep the conversation, plus any error logs or screen recordings you attach, only for as long as we need them to help you.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted once they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, except where we're legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email motionlaunchapp@gmail.com from the address you bought with and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also opt out of update emails using the link in any of them.

Children

Motion Launch is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the kit changes. We'll post the new version here with an updated date. See also our Terms.
